Charles "Rollo" Tookus is Timmy's best friend. Timmy considers him to be boring and stupid. This is actually not true, because he has a 4.6 GPA and wants to go to Stanfurd (Stanford) for college. Most people, however, consider him to be boring. When he gets a grade that is not an A, Rollo typically gets frustrated and angry. One such case is in Timmy Failure: We Meet Again when he got a B+ on his nature report (due to his partner Nunzio) he pounded on the floor and screamed, "My GPA drops to a 4.2!" over and over.
He has a tendency to get freaked out about things that Timmy thinks are his issues only. In Timmy Failure: Sanitized for Your Protection he freaked out due to the fact that he (Timmy) and Molly had ran away in Chicago. However, he did try and help Timmy by giving him and Molly Moskins info on Corrina Corrina and informing him that he was being tracked via the debit card during their Chicago search.
